Resources to Support You

Whether it’s you’re here regarding food or your body, living with ADHD, exploring your identity, or making sense of life as an adoptee, this page is here to offer you support, tools, and info that might make your journey a little easier, clearer, or help you feel a little less alone. Everything I share here is grounded in compassion, science, and/or lived experience.

Chances are, if you’ve landed here, you may be into personal growth and development or navigating some tricky stuff. Please keep in mind that I’m not a psychologist or medical professional.

These resources are informational only, not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. And while I’m here to support you, I do not offer crisis services, nor am I responsible for what you do with any of the information or resources on my website or any of my platforms.

If you’re in crisis in Aotearoa, New Zealand, please contact one of the following:

  • 111 Emergency Services – If you or someone else is in immediate danger.

  • 1737 Need to Talk? – Free call or text 1737 any time to speak with a trained counsellor.

  • Lifeline – 0800 543 354 or text 4357 (HELP)
