Resources to Support You
Whether it’s you’re here regarding food or your body, living with ADHD, exploring your identity, or making sense of life as an adoptee, this page is here to offer you support, tools, and info that might make your journey a little easier, clearer, or help you feel a little less alone. Everything I share here is grounded in compassion, science, and/or lived experience.
Chances are, if you’ve landed here, you may be into personal growth and development or navigating some tricky stuff. Please keep in mind that I’m not a psychologist or medical professional.
These resources are informational only, not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. And while I’m here to support you, I do not offer crisis services, nor am I responsible for what you do with any of the information or resources on my website or any of my platforms.
