This is not another reset. It's a 4-week mini-course that will help you get into alignment with what your body really needs.
In Aligned & Alive Mini, you'll learn how to:
Respond to your body instead of reacting to every craving.
Notice urges without going into autopilot.
Understand the stories your brain tells you (and learn how to rewrite them).
Create a way of eating that supports your energy, clarity, and joy, without rules.

Every day you will receive an email with a new session along with pre-recorded video or audio of the text, and short exercises (mental, physical, and/or food based) to help you feel great.

One live group coaching session to reconnect, reset, and refocus.

A gentle, inclusive space for adoptees of all backgrounds to connect, share, to be heard and seen.
