It comes from people feeling well… physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a leadership coach, certified master health coach and mental health coach with a background in leadership, team development and lived experience of neurodiversity, I help leaders create environments where wellbeing and mental fitness are part of the culture, not just an EAP tick-box.

What I bring to the table

I’ve spent time in the trenches facilitating leadership coaching and training, team development, stress proofing, and conflict management. I’ve led frontline teams, coached managers, and trained staff in customer service, systems, and health and safety across both private and government sectors.

Before returning to coaching, facilitation, and the health and wellness industry, I ran a boutique business as a private chef, cooking for high-profile clients with complex needs, and led teams in fast-paced creative environments and in events management. I’m also a Chakra Therapist, training under Anodea Judith, which includes somatic practices. This helps me bring an added depth to leadership wellbeing work, especially around nervous system regulation and burnout prevention.

With multiple Outward Bound experiences under my belt and 20+ years in leadership, communication, and project management, I bring a large skills and techniques toolbox, deep empathy, and a no-fluff approach to helping leaders show up fully, and help others do the same.
