Group Coaching

It's easier to make change when you're doing it with others.

Making meaningful change… whether in your mindset, habits, or life direction… can feel overwhelming when you’re going it alone. Group coaching gives you a space to step back and get clear on what truly matters to you with insights and collaboration from others so you can fully align yourself with the person you want to be.

I offer group coaching in-person in Wellington and online, with my next Aligned & Alive Mini 4 week online coaching program starting Sun 14 Sept 10am-12pm NZT. If you’re interested, make sure to email me so I can put you at the top of the list!
