I’m not just a nutrition coach - I’m someone who deeply understands what it’s like to struggle with food, body image, and the shame that comes with it.

As a chef, Eating Recovery Coach, and Metabolic Nutrition Coach, I bring a unique blend of training and lived experience to help you move forwards to freedom. I also work alongside medical professionals, therapists, and dietitians to ensure you get the wrap-around support you need.
