Over 4 weeks, we’ll meet live each Monday night from 6.30-8.00pm NZST. You’ll be guided step-by-step through my Body Mind Food Method:

Week 1: Body – Come Home to Yourself
Learn how to listen to your body with curiosity, not criticism. Tune into your energy, cravings, and capacity so you can stop overriding your needs and start responding to them.

Week 2: Mind – Rewrite the Script
Get to know the inner voices that drive the all-or-nothing cycle. Learn powerful mindset tools to shift from shame and sabotage into self-autonomy.

Week 3: Food – Find Your Rhythm
Shift from food guilt to food freedom. Make choices based on what your body or mind needs, not rules. Eat to nourish and satisfy, not to punish or control.

Week 4: Integration – Move Through Life Aligned
It’s not just about knowing what to do… It’s about doing it even when life happens. You'll walk away with tools and your own personal plan that you’ve created that works for you and is aligned with you and your life.
