ADHD support with lived experience
Because being successful with ADHD isn’t about “trying harder”... it’s about working with your brain, not against it.
ADHD isn’t just about focus struggles, scattered thoughts, or endless to-do lists that never get done. It’s about navigating a world that wasn’t built for how our brains work... and finding ways to excel on our terms.
I was diagnosed in my early teens and have spent years figuring out what truly works. I was on medication for over 20 years until I received an alternative treatment in 2016. For the last five years, I’ve navigated some of life’s biggest challenges... COVID, retraining, finding my biological family, supporting loved ones in crisis... only using lifestyle medicine. However with the onset of perimemopause and discovering I have sleep apnea, I recently decided to get that extra support of medication again.
You see... there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to supporting ADHD.
How we work together
Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, suspect you have ADHD or have been living with it for years, I help you create realistic strategies to:
✔ Navigate your time, energy, and focus
✔ Work with your strengths instead of battling your brain
✔ Stop the spiral of procrastination and overwhelm
✔ Build systems and habits that stick and are fun
✔ Fuel your brain with foods for brain power
What actually helps?

Movement that works for your brain - because when it feels like a "should"? It's not going to stick.

Getting present - it's not about clearing your mind it's about noticing what's in front of you: what you see, hear, smell, taste or can touch. We focus on practical, ADHD-friendly ways to feel more grounded.

Sleep & recovery - because ADHD brains don’t just shut off at bedtime but our sleep is so important so we can explore how to support you to feel rested.

Doing what lights you up - harnessing passion and joy for real motivation... even with the things you "have to do". How can you find the dopamine hit that actually serves you.

Systems, hacks, and tools tailored to your life - not generic planner templates that collect dust or apps you forget about.

Nutrition that supports your brain - including insights from experts like Julia Rucklidge on the power of micronutrients.
This isn’t about discipline or “trying harder”. You don’t need more willpower. And you certainly don’t need to “just focus”.
ADHD isn’t a failure of effort... it’s a different way of thinking, processing, and being. And when you stop fighting with your brain and start working with it, things shift.
Why me?
I know ADHD inside out... so having that understanding and a neurodiverstity-affirming approach, I can help you gain confidence through strength based strategies.
Lived Experience – I get ADHD because I live it. I know the struggles, the frustrations, and the moments where it feels like everything is too much. More importantly, I also know and value the unique strengths ADHD brings along with how to lean into those.
Mental Health Coaching & ACT for ADHD – I’m a certified Mental Health Coach and trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) for ADHD with Russ Harris - a powerful approach that helps you navigate challenges without getting stuck in self-judgment.
Empathetic, Grounded and Supportive – My approach is about meeting you where you’re at, working with your strengths and creating strategies that actually fit your life. Compassionate, patient and actionable support.
